Return & Refund Guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- All return requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. This is particularly important for perishable items, especially meats that are not intended to be frozen.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and labels. Partially consumed items are not eligible for return.
- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. Refund & Replacement Options:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
- If approved, you will have the option to receive both:
- A replacement of the same item or an equivalent item of your choice and
- A refund issued to your original method of payment as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
- Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow time for the transaction to be completed, depending on your payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items that have been improperly stored or handled after purchase.

4. Return Process:

- You can bring the item back to our store or, if applicable, arrange for a return pickup.

5. Exceptions:
- Returns outside the 3-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially if there is clear evidence of a product defect.
